As a Travel Sales Executive, your role will involve attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phone calls. You will be responsible for making professional, correct, and cost-effective travel arrangements for clients, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be offering hotel accommodation, travel insurance, and other travel-related services as up-selling suggestions. Your ability to understand and comprehend the customers" requirements and respond tactically will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phone calls - Making professional, correct, and cost-effective travel arrangements for clients - Offering hotel accommodation, travel insurance, and other travel-related services as up-selling suggestions - Understanding and comprehending customers" requirements and responding tactically Qualifications Required: - Passionate about Sales and travel - Excellent English & Hindi communication skills and convincing abilities - Good written communication skills in English - Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Tour & Travel Industry. Candidates residing in Vasant Kunj, Kishangarh, Mehrauli, Chattarpur, and Saket will be preferred.
