Roles & Responsibilities Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phones calls. Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional Customer Service. Offering hotel accommodation, travel insurance and other travel related services as a up selling suggestion Ability to understand/ comprehend the customers requirements and respond tactically Skills Should be passionate about Sales and travel Should be excellent in English & Hindi communications skills and convincing skills. Good Written communication skills in English. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. Desired candidate profile Candidate with minimum 1 year experience in Tour & Travel Industry . Preference for Vasant Kunj, Kishangarh, Mehrauli, Chattarpur, Saket candidates.
