International Travel Sales Executive

Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: 25,000 35,000 per month

Vacancies: 4 Positions (2 Male, 2 Female)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in International Travel Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and dedicated International Travel Sales Executives to manage global travel bookings, communicate with international clients, and support backend processes for the Canada and USA markets. The ideal candidate must be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international travel reservations (flights, hotels, travel packages).
• Share invoices, tickets, and essential documents with international clients.
• Handle a 50% mix of backend operations and 50% client communication.
• Maintain accuracy in travel documents and booking details.
• Address client queries and provide prompt customer support.
• Update CRM records and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Travel Sales.
• Professional proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work confidently with international clients (Canada & USA).
• Understanding of travel booking processes, documentation, and invoicing.
• Able to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment.
• Graduation preferred; Tourism/Hospitality background is an advantage.

Work Conditions

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday

Preference for candidates residing in Gurgaon/Gurugram who can manage their own commute
