Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other internal channels.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts, improve conversion strategies, and enhance overall call performance.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to handle objections effectively and close deals.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with international telesales regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years of telesales or outbound sales experience

  • Strong sales negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking tone.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales deadlines.

  • Good CRM usage knowledge and record-keeping skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • HSC and above

  • Prior experience dealing with international clients/customers is an advantage.
