Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Tele Sales Representative located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to sell products or services, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining a detailed record of conversations, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and sales skills
• Experience in telemarketing or sales
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tele-sales tools
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in digital media or entertainment industry is advantageous
