Role: International Technical Hardware Support Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2+ Years (International Tech support Experience Mandatory)
Salary: 5 LPA – 5.5 LPA + 2 Way free cab
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via calls, emails, or chat.
Troubleshoot hardware- Printer, scanner, Pin pad etc., , software, and network issues.
Log and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.
Coordinate with global teams for escalations and fixes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree .
2+ years in tech support or IT helpdesk.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
