CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

Shift Timings:

• UK Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• US Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for an International Team Lead to guide and manage our team for the UK & US markets. The role involves mentoring counsellors, achieving business targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of counsellors for UK & US shifts.
• Ensure achievement of sales and performance targets.
• Build long-term client relationships with excellent communication.
• Develop strategies to expand Aimlay’s presence in global markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall work experience, with at least 2.5+ years in EdTech (mandatory).
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and presentation.
• Experience with UK or US markets will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any domain.
