As a Tele Sales Caller Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. Your primary goal will be to provide information about products or services with the aim of generating sales for the client or clients you represent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential customers based on assigned leads or lists. - Introduce and explain products or services to customers clearly and compellingly. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. - Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and benefits. - Address customer questions and concerns effectively. - Utilize persuasive selling techniques to meet sales targets. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge for effective communication. - Update customer records and enter relevant information into the CRM system. - Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales goals. - Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and compliance guidelines. - Continuously enhance sales skills through training and coaching sessions. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are advantageous. - Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities to handle objections and close sales. - Customer-focused mindset with a positive and persuasive attitude. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas. - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. - Good time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours as needed. - Only immediate joiners are preferred. This job is a full-time position with work location in person and the expected start date is 24/05/2025.
