Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to international customers and prospects.
  • Effectively present and promote products/services to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to drive conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

Background & Skills:

  • Any graduate or undergraduate degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of mandatory experience in international insurance sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal) with a clear and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Highly target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
