Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to international customers and prospects. Effectively present and promote products/services to potential clients. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to drive conversions. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to customers. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals. Background & Skills: Any graduate or undergraduate degree. Minimum of 1 year of mandatory experience in international insurance sales. Excellent English communication skills (verbal) with a clear and persuasive speaking ability. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions. Highly target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
