Key Responsibilities

• Engage with UK-based potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and regular follow-ups to understand their business needs and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Clearly communicate and present company service offerings and value propositions while effectively addressing client queries in line with UK market requirements.
• Assess client requirements and propose customized service solutions tailored to their business objectives.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close sales contracts while ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction for UK clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the UK process.
