International Sales Expert US - FMCG

WING GLOBAL IT SERVICES PVT LTD is hiring for the International Sales - US.

Shift timings - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am

Monday to Friday ( Sat & Sun ) fix off

Cab facility available for female employees.

Job location - Panchkula, Haryana

( Must ) English speaking & accent should be best as per US Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Expansion: Achieving sales targets, identifying and developing new international markets for female perfume brands.
• Distributor & Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Market Research: Staying informed about consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities in target international markets.
• Brand Representation: Representing the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with global cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, supply chain) to align strategies and drive growth.
• Sales Support: Providing support and guidance to international sales teams and local partners.
• Performance Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience

• FMCG & Personal Care Experience: Proven high-impact sales leadership and experience in fast-paced FMCG and personal care industries.
• International Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of international markets and experience in navigating cross-border business.
• Business Development: Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Consumer Insights: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and purchasing decisions.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic Vision: A visionary and ambitious leader with the ability to drive growth.
• International Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally to attend meetings, exhibitions, and client events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
