As a Client Acquisition and Grievance Handling Executive at the company, your role will involve explaining trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. You will be responsible for generating prospects daily through telephonic, visual, and text conversations. Additionally, you will conduct risk profile management and trading strategy sessions with clients. Collaboration with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients will be essential. Staying updated on global markets and current affairs to serve investors and traders effectively will also be part of your responsibilities. Achieving monthly tasks through client acquisition and lead generation will be a key focus. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of a graduate or post-graduate degree. You should possess excellent communication skills in English, along with sales and marketing acumen. Knowledge of the global market, particularly Forex and Comex, is necessary. The ideal candidate will be talkative, enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
