Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an International Sales Associate. The position requires night shift working hours to align with international time zones and involves client communication and follow-ups through calls and emails during night hours.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing export operations, and contributing to the company’s growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international client calls and emails, primarily during night working hours.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new international business opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of export orders.
  • Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions as required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a focus on international markets.
  • Experience in market analysis, business development, and export operations.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and related processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in international sales or the beauty and wellness industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Night shift (to coordinate with international clients)
  • Monday to Saturday

Compensation

  • ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
