Role: International Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai (On-site, Full-time)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, USA Shift – 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

As an International Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding Kapu Gems’ global presence. This role blends luxury client relationship-building with high-impact international sales, giving you exposure to some of the most prestigious jewellery markets in the world.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive international sales and revenue growth.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends and competitive insights.

Generate qualified leads and build long-term B2B client relationships with retailers and wholesalers worldwide.

Present Kapu Gems’ diamond portfolio with consultative sales excellence.

Collaborate with senior management on expanding global reach across the US.

Manage and nurture ongoing relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong communication and persuasion skills with a client-first mindset.

Prior experience in international sales, business development or luxury goods is highly desirable.

Ability to handle market research, outbound communication and lead generation.

Ambitious, self-driven and open to working in US time zones.
