International Sales Executive (Dispatch)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and book carriers for freight loads based on lane, equipment, and timing requirements.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and confirm load acceptance.
• Dispatch loads with accurate pickup and delivery details.
• Monitor shipments in transit, communicate with drivers, and provide updates.
• Resolve issues such as delays, equipment breakdowns, and no-shows promptly.
• Maintain carrier relationships for repeat business and reliable capacity.
• Manage and organize required documentation like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs.
• Ensure carriers comply with company and US logistics regulations.

Requirements

Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience in International Sales but not mandatory.

Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with international clients.

Proactive & Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Adaptable Learner: Quick to grasp product features and industry nuances.
