International Sales Executive (Dispatch)

As a Freight Dispatcher at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods by coordinating with carriers and monitoring shipments effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and booking carriers for freight loads based on specific requirements. - Negotiating competitive rates with carriers and confirming load acceptance. - Dispatching loads with accurate pickup and delivery details. - Monitoring shipments in transit, communicating with drivers, and providing timely updates. - Resolving issues such as delays, equipment breakdowns, and no-shows promptly. - Maintaining strong relationships with carriers for repeat business and reliable capacity. - Managing and organizing required documentation like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs. - Ensuring carriers comply with company and US logistics regulations. For this role, we require you to have: - At least 1 year of experience in International Sales (preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with international clients. - Proactive and target-driven attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. - Ability to quickly grasp product features and industry nuances as an adaptable learner.
