International Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at MJ Logistics, you will play a crucial role in securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and fostering strong relationships with clients in North America. Your key responsibilities will include: - Outbound Sales Calling: Reach out to businesses across North America via phone and email. - Client Engagement: Present solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers. - End-to-End Sales: Handle the entire sales process from first contact to deal closure. - Follow-ups & Negotiation: Proactively follow up with leads, answer queries, and negotiate pricing. - CRM Management: Log all interactions, pipeline progress, and client data accurately. - Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned targets consistently. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
