International Sales Associate - US Logistics

In this role as an International Sales Associate at American Logistics Group LLC, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong client relationships, generate new business, and coordinate logistics solutions for customers in the US market. To excel in this position, you will need to actively engage in proactive sales, strategic relationship management, market intelligence, rate negotiation, documentation management, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls to build and expand a portfolio of customers requiring freight services. - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and service optimization. - Negotiate freight rates to secure favorable deals for all parties involved. - Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions efficiently. - Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the transportation process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in the US/international voice process. - Background in freight brokerage or logistics is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. - Willingness to work night shifts aligned to the US time zone. - Familiarity with US geography and logistics terms is an advantage.
