Job Description

As a Renewals Representative at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Manage end-to-end customer renewal processes for assigned pipelines. - Engage proactively with customers to ensure timely contract/subscription renewals. - Demonstrate clear, professional communication via email and calls, maintaining a strong customer-first approach. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Account Executives, Customer Success, CX BP Team, Sales, Finance- AR/AP) to resolve renewal-related issues. - Identify potential churn risks and act swiftly to mitigate them. - Maintain accurate renewal data in SFDC and track performance metrics. - Identify and route upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate teams. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in managing customer relationships and renewals is preferred.
