Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Reservations Ticketing Agent located in New Delhi. The agent will handle day-to-day tasks including making flight reservations, managing customer service inquiries, providing travel and tourism information, processing ticketing, and assisting with sales. The agent will ensure efficient and accurate ticketing while providing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in making Reservations and handling Travel & Tourism queries
• Strong Customer Service skills and Communication abilities
• Sales experience and skills relevant to the travel industry
• Detail-oriented with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and ticketing processes
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Proficiency in booking systems and travel management software
