Role Overview: You will be working as an International Reservations Ticketing Agent for Uniglobe SilverSky Travel based in New Delhi. Your primary responsibilities will include making flight reservations, managing customer service inquiries, providing travel and tourism information, processing ticketing, and assisting with sales. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient and accurate ticketing services while delivering excellent customer service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Make flight reservations and manage customer service inquiries - Provide travel and tourism information to clients - Process ticketing and assist with sales activities - Ensure efficient and accurate ticketing services - Deliver excellent customer service to clients Qualifications Required: - Experience in making reservations and handling travel & tourism queries - Strong customer service skills and communication abilities - Sales experience and skills relevant to the travel industry - Detail-oriented with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of international travel regulations and ticketing processes - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently - Proficiency in booking systems and travel management software,
