Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a International Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, issuing tickets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with clients and travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements and assisting with any issues that may arise during the travel process. Additionally, the agent will manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations and Ticketing
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Sales skills and ability to manage transactions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
