We’re expanding our Regulatory Affairs team and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and driven Regulatory Affairs Executive to join us in Pune, India.

💼 Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive

📍 Location: Pune, India

🧭 Experience: 2–6 Years

🎓 Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm (preferably in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmaceutics)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & submit CTD/ACTD dossiers for international markets (LATAM, APAC, Middle East, ROW)

Manage registrations, renewals, and variation filings efficiently

Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, and BD to ensure end-to-end regulatory compliance

Stay current with FDA, ICH, WHO, and regional regulations

Review packaging artworks, support audits, and maintain documentation accuracy

🧩 Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong understanding of CTD/ACTD dossier formats & global regulatory guidelines

✔ Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills

✔ High sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail

✔ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
