About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Senior Recruiters and Recruitment Executives to join our Job Search Services team. You will be responsible for sourcing international job opportunities based on client profiles and managing the end-to-end job application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and apply for overseas jobs as per client requirements
• Develop effective job search strategies using job boards, company websites, recruitment agencies, and social networks
• Understand client profiles and match them to relevant job opportunities
• Review resumes and evaluate skills and experience for job suitability
• Apply to jobs on behalf of clients across multiple platforms
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails regarding their job search progress
• Coordinate responses and interview schedules with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in HR
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of different industries, job roles, and functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to strategize and manage end-to-end sourcing processes
• Hands-on experience with job portals, recruitment boards, and resume databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
