Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities. You will negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best deals and prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies. It will be your duty to monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse/store for replenishment needs, and track deliveries while resolving issues related to late or incomplete shipments. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date records of supplier contracts, price lists, and product specifications, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and quality standards. You will liaise with internal departments to understand material requirements, conduct market research to identify potential vendors, and assess cost-saving opportunities. Furthermore, you will assist with audits and reporting related to procurement activities.
