Role Overview: As a part of Mind Click Technologies, you will be responsible for handling queries and providing appropriate assistance to US clients through Email, chat, and voice channels. Your role will require patience when dealing with tough cases and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will need to respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, resolving their issues efficiently and empathetically. Additionally, you will follow up with customers for any further information and ensure that accurate and complete information is provided using the appropriate tools. Flexibility with shifts is essential for this role, as well as the ability to earn a salary ranging from 3LPA to up to 5LPA plus incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for US client, handling queries, and providing appropriate assistance via Email/ chat/ voice. - Demonstrate patience when handling tough cases. - Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner. - Resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and empathetically. - Follow up with customers for any further information. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools. - Be flexible with shifts. Qualification Required: - Grad or undergraduate fresher with good skills and fluency in English. - Should be flexible with rotational shifts. - 5 days of working with 2 Days Off. - Eligibility: 12th Graduate or undergraduate.
