Common Requirements

• Excellent

  English communication skills

• Graduates preferred

  ; Undergraduates accepted for selected processes
• Willingness to work in

  24/7 rotational shifts

• 5 working days

  with

  2 rotational week-offs

For Financial Crime / KYC / AML Analyst

• 1+ year experience in:
  

• KYC, AML, Sanctions, Fraud Investigation, SAR, CDD, EDD, Transaction Monitoring

• C1 communication level

• Minimum

  1 year international process

  experience
• Strong analytical & compliance understanding
  

For Voice / Chat / Customer Service

• Freshers to

  1+ year experience

  (based on role)
• For US Voice (Banking/KYC):
  
• Basic understanding of

  Banking or KYC

  required

Back-Office Roles (US/Canada)

• 6 months–2 years experience in

  Customer Service / Back Office

  preferred
• Strong documentation & accuracy skills
  

Salary Range (Role-Based In-Hand)

• Back Office:

  16,500 – 20,000

• Customer Service (Voice/Chat/Email):

  20,000 – 28,000

• Voice – US / Banking / KYC:

  25,000 – 35,000

• Financial Crime / AML Analyst:

  34,000

  (Fixed In-hand)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via

  Voice, Chat, Email, or Back-Office

• Perform

  KYC/AML/Compliance

  checks (role-specific)
• Manage

  escalations & grievances

  (BFSI)
• Maintain documentation accuracy & process adherence
• Meet all

  performance, productivity & quality metrics
