Looking for candidates who will be comfortable working in rotational shifts including Night shifts.International Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and process international shipping documents, customs forms, and other related paperwork.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of all international transactions.Communication and Coordination:Communicate with international clients, suppliers, and partners via email, phone, and other communication channels.Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements for international shipments.Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to international processes.Data Entry and Reporting:Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.Generate reports on international transactions and activities.Maintain and update relevant information in databases.Process Improvement:Identify and recommend improvements to international processes.Assist in developing and implementing new procedures.Contribute to process optimization efforts.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to international clients.Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
