Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple live chat conversations with international customers
  • Resolve product or service-related issues professionally
  • Maintain accuracy, clarity, and customer satisfaction in every chat
  • Follow standard procedures and document each interaction
  • Meet daily performance targets (response time, quality, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat support
  • Excellent written English and typing skills (35+ WPM)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs
  • Good knowledge of customer service tools (CRM/chat platforms)
