International Outbound Sales Consultant-US Shift-Hyderabad Location

Job Role & responsibilities:- Onboarding merchants on Client's platform by pitching, convincing and getting them signed for one of the Client's commission packages Responsible for Coordination with the canadian and USA clients & updating them about progress of the work Timely follow ups and schedule call backs to customers where necessary. Set high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments / tasks. Make advertisers and their needs a primary focus of his/her actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships. Display expertise thorough understanding of products and processes. Escalate problems/issues to the Supervisor / Technical Experts when warranted. Proactive communication with advertisers and stakeholders. Key Skills, Qualification & Experince required. :- Outbound sales experience into International markets Experience into outbound sales, outbound calling, cold calling, Lead Generation, Inside sales into International market Familiarity with US Market Cold Calling Should be flexible with Night shifts / US shift Any graduation/ Diploma (10+2+3) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong phone presence Strong presentation skills at all levels Proven negotiation skills Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking Strong problem-solving ability Building conversation Rapport building Followups Sales environment Immediate Joiners will be preferred only
