International Onboarding- Payments Implementations- Associate

You will play a crucial role as an International Onboarding Specialist within the Commercial Banking International Onboarding team, reporting to a Vice President. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless international onboarding for Commercial Banking clients looking to expand into global markets. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead projects and manage the entire onboarding process for global clients, collaborating closely with bankers, clients, and product partners to support successful market entry. Your key responsibilities will include being the single point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, collaborating with clients and banking teams to develop and execute implementation plans, and providing expertise on international regulatory requirements, products, and documentation. Additionally, you will support sales and banking teams in pitches and RFPs, prioritize daily tasks for maximum productivity, and train junior team members to enhance their onboarding capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, project management, accounting, technology, analytics, training, or process improvement with a focus on direct client interaction. Strong collaboration skills, adaptability in cross-functional teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical abilities to address client issues and manage risks are essential for success. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in project management, experience with project tracking tools, familiarity with software tools for project and design management, and knowledge of coding languages and website creation. An openness to learning new technologies will be beneficial in staying updated with industry trends and requirements.,
