Job Description: As a Non-Voice Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving inquiries from customers through non-verbal communication channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. An international non-voice process typically involves providing support or services to customers or clients through channels other than phone calls, such as email, chat, or ticketing systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, or requests through non-voice channels, including email, chat, and messaging platforms. Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for products or services, addressing customer questions or concerns effectively. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments or deliveries, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations, working to find satisfactory solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers, maximising revenue and enhancing customer value.
