Key Responsibilities   Handle Inbound Calls from customers to resolve queries / issues, provide information about client’s products and services. Engaging in active listening with customer, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally with Empathy & Customer Service Attitude. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
