As a Customer Service Executive in this company, your role will involve handling customer queries and requests through non-voice communication channels such as email and chat. You will be responsible for efficiently processing orders, data entries, and other back-office tasks. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely resolution of issues, maintain accurate records of communication and transactions, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues when necessary. Compliance with company policies and procedures will be essential in your day-to-day tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Only male candidates can apply. - Willingness to work in night shifts. - Immediate joining will be given first preference. - Night shift timings vary, starting from 6 PM to 10:30 AM with a 9-hour shift including breaks. Additionally, there are no targets and work pressure in this role. You will be provided with dinner in the office, and there is an attendance bonus available.
