Minimum qualification: 10th Grade Passed (B.Tech graduates, and Post Graduate freshers are excluded)
Excellent written communication skills in English
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, Email)

Prior experience in a non-voice process is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via email or chat
Process and update customer information accurately
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
