International Mortgage Executive – Australia Process

We are hiring an International Mortgage Executive to support mortgage documentation, verification, and compliance tasks for our Australia-based clients. Candidates with strong English communication and international process experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify mortgage documents
• Check applicant details, income proof, ID, and property papers
• Update client portals/CRM with accurate information
• Coordinate with lenders/clients via email
• Follow up on missing or incorrect documents
• Ensure all files meet compliance requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in mortgage processing, documentation, or international back-office
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal) is a must
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand international document formats
• CRM-friendly and quick learner of new tools
• Australian or US mortgage experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
