Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Attending existing clients emails, price enquiries for private/tender. Monitor the month to month sales target and providing customer service to existing clients and resolving all issues to 100 % customer satisfaction
Developing new customers - countries/new markets through emails, calls & business meetings/social network. Identifying & generating new leads, sign contracts and estimate the business potential.
Be one point of contact between the clients and various departments.
Providing timely quotes, negotiating prices, arranging timely dossiers/samples and solving technical queries related to product specifications.
Innovative product selection country wise, study the export data, competitors markets/products and devise strategies for future growth.
Monitor any loss of business from customer (product wise) and risk analysis to be done.
