Project Management

Manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on track.
Monitor and report project progress, escalating issues when needed.

Process Improvement & Planning

Partner with your manager to document dubbing workflows and SOPs.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
Understand the full supply chain to propose practical solutions and efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communicate effectively with localization and partner teams to ensure alignment.
Anticipate potential issues and address them proactively.
Build strong cross-functional awareness to understand how decisions impact other teams.

About You

5+ years of experience in localization, dubbing, or production within the entertainment industry
Bachelors degree in Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of the Indian media and localization landscape
Proven experience managing dubbing projects to completion and leading vendors or teams
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solver with the ability to balance multiple priorities diplomatically
Proficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Airtable
Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Tamil,Telugu languages a strong plus
Passion for anime, Japanese culture, and entertainment
Travel as needed
