Role Summary

International Inside Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize inbound leads shared by the marketing team across GCC countries.
Connect with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email to verify and qualify leads.
Communicate fluently in
English
and comfortably in
Arabic/local Gulf languages
(preferred).
Understand customer needs and clearly explain product/service offerings.
Build trust and professional relationships to drive smooth lead progression.
Share proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents with prospects.
Arrange meetings or demos with the Sales Head for highly qualified leads.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions and achieve monthly targets.
Update all lead activities, call notes, and status changes in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with marketing and GCC field sales teams for seamless coordination.

Candidate Requirements

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Qualification, or Customer Engagement preferably for Gulf or international markets.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of
Arabic or any Gulf-region language
is highly preferred.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solution-oriented guidance.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Target-driven, disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
