: Import Documentation & Logistics Executive (International Imports)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Work Mode: On-site (Candidates willing to work from Coimbatore only should apply)

Company Overview:
We are a growing manufacturing and trading organization engaged in international imports. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Documentation & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end import processes and ensure smooth and cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete import documentation, including BL, invoice, packing list, COO, and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
• Track vessel schedules, ETD/ETA, shipping status, and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor and manage customs clearance activities, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Track detention, demurrage, and port charges; take preventive actions to avoid penalties.
• Maintain cost control and identify budget-saving opportunities in the import process.
• Coordinate with warehousing and internal teams for unloading, material inward, and documentation handover.
• Maintain proper filing, MIS reports, and follow-up for any discrepancies in documents or shipments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in import documentation and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import regulations, and freight coordination.
• Good communication skills with ability to coordinate with overseas teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Must be willing to work from Coimbatore (No remote applicants).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,185.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month
