The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound) in a professional and courteous manner. • Ensure timely follow-up and case closure to provide a seamless customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM tools. • Adhere to quality assurance and compliance standards. • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. • Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
