Job Summary:

Whether it's calming a customer in California or assisting a client in Tokyo, youll deliver world-class support that turns questions into solutions and frustration into loyalty.
Key and Responsibilities:
Provide customer assistance via phone, email, live chat, and/or social media across international markets.
Handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions for technical or product-related concerns. Maintain a high standard of customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times. Share customer insights, identify recurring issues, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
Job Criteria:
- Work Location : Mahadevapura, Bengaluru
-Graduate/Undergraduate-Salary- 3.5 To 4.5 LPA-2way Cabs will be provided.-Shifts- 5days working/2 days rotational week off-Freshers/Experience both are welcome.-Immediate Joiners Only!!!-Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred!!
