Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries via chat and voice on behalf of Reach Mobile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with prompt query resolution.
• Communicate clearly, show empathy, and demonstrate strong listening skills.
• Maintain details of inquiries and resolutions in the system.
• Work closely with support teams to deliver solutions efficiently.
• Embrace team goals and adapt quickly to client processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months’ international customer support experience.
• Graduate qualification required.
• Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and fast-paced customer support roles.

Interview Process

HR Round → Ops Round → Client Round 1 → Client Round 2

Work Conditions

• 5 days working per week.
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Two-way cab service provided for all employees.
