Job Title

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound/outbound voice calls
, emails, and chat support for international customers
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet
quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Follow compliance, data security, and process guidelines
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required
Provide a professional and empathetic customer experience
Adapt to process updates and participate in training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask across voice and non-voice channels
Willingness to work in
rotational/night shifts
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company requirement)

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in
international BPO or blended process
Familiarity with global customer service standards
Typing speed of 3040 WPM (for chat/email processes)
