Resolve customer issues accurately and within set timelines
Share correct product and service information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution
1 to 6 years of experience in International Voice/BPO/Customer Service
Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal abilities
Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills
Positive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow
