Job Description

The role of an International Customer Service Representative is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage customer relationships. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer emails and calls, resolving customer issues, and maintaining documentation of customer interactions. Collaboration with other teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service, customer support, and customer service representative skills. Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience will be valuable. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are a must. You should be able to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills would be advantageous. Previous experience in an international customer service environment is preferred. While a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, a Bachelor's degree would be a plus.,
