Job Description


  • Roles & Responsibilities:

    -


  • Handle international customer queries and provide voice-based support.
  • Deliver high-quality service with strong customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate resolution of queries within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.


  • Eligibility Criteria:-


  • Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate .
  • Experience: 0–3 years in International Customer Service Voice process in BPO Sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment.


  • Salary & Benefits:

    -


  • Freshers: 20,000 to 25,000 in-hand
  • Experienced : 27,000 to 29,000 in-hand
  • Joining Bonus: 5,000
  • Cab Facility: Both side, within 30 km radius from office.
