Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
-

Handle international customer queries and provide voice-based support.
Deliver high-quality service with strong customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate resolution of queries within defined SLAs.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate .
Experience: 0–3 years in International Customer Service Voice process in BPO Sector.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment.

Salary & Benefits:
-

Freshers: 20,000 to 25,000 in-hand
Experienced : 27,000 to 29,000 in-hand
Joining Bonus: 5,000
Cab Facility: Both side, within 30 km radius from office.
