Job Role:

Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (Healthcare Domain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers (primarily U.S.)
• Address queries related to healthcare services, insurance, billing, or claims
• Provide accurate and empathetic support while maintaining quality standards
• Work collaboratively in a 24/7 dynamic contact center environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Service – Voice Process
• Healthcare BPO experience? UG candidates may also be considered (exceptional basis)
• Shifts: 24x7 (Majorly Night Shifts – US Process)
• Location: Gurgaon Sector 21 (Temporary seating in Sector 30 possible initially)

Salary Package:

• Up to ₹25,000 In-hand
• Annual CTC: ₹3.43 LPA
• Free Two-way Cab Facility

Interview & Assessment Rounds:

• HR Screening
• AMCAT (Communication Assessment – B2 Level & Above)
• Operations Round
