Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an International Customer Service professional. The role involves addressing customer queries, ensuring excellent service, providing support via multiple channels, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Effective problem-solving and maintaining a positive customer experience will be key responsibilities. The position requires active communication, adherence to service standards, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively resolve client inquiries and provide assistance.
Strong ability in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through empathetic and professional communication.
Demonstrated expertise in Phone Etiquette to ensure clear, professional, and courteous interactions with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to manage multilingual and multicultural customer interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
Previous experience in international customer service roles is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is highly desirable.
